    For our contingency search clients, we take the time to learn the specific skills and accomplishments our clients seek in new employees and then utilize the tactics and contacts established over our 30 year history to identify the best possible candidates to consider. Our active recruiting process, identifies and qualifies the best available candidates in a given market. From initial introduction to presenting a possible new job, we conduct ourselves in an ethical and professional manner that reflects well on our client companies, and we do it all for no upfront cost. We only get paid if successful in presenting the candidate hired by our client.

  • Retained Search Consulting

    For clients with challenging and unique searches, Princeton Associates offers a cost effective Retained Search program where we conduct a private, focused search for those hard to find candidates. Using an initial retainer to secure our services, our Retained Search approach taps into our robust network to identify candidates with the appropriate skills and abilities. We don’t focus only on candidates actively seeking new employment, but rather we focus on candidates with the correct skill set and actively recruit them for our client’s opportunity. While we strive to complete every search in a timely manner, our Retained Search approach keeps Princeton Associates on the job until a successful hire is made, whether a search takes 90 days or 9 months.

  • Corporate Consulting

    Clients have called on Princeton Associates to provide corporate consulting services to work on a variety of staffing, business development, or other corporate strategy issues. Our typical consulting contract is a 3 to 6 month engagement that is focused on a particular issue. Rather than bill by the hour, our clients appreciate our flat fee structure that creates a known cost for the engagement (regardless of hours spent) vs. an hourly billing approach that can exceed the set budget a company has established for a project.
